Safety and compliance

Safety is central to every aspect of our fleet operation.
Each vehicle is fitted with:

  • 360° cameras and proximity sensors
  • Reversing alarms and beacons
  • Telematics and live tracking systems
  • Onboard safety kits and spill response equipment

Drivers and operators receive regular training in defensive driving, safe loading, and fuel-efficient operation.
Daily vehicle checks, inspection logs, and maintenance records are digitally managed to ensure full compliance with DVSA, Operator Licence, and PUWER regulations.

Our fleet

Sustainability and efficiency

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint across the business.
Our vehicle replacement strategy prioritises low-emission Euro 6 and ULEZ-compliant models.
We are actively introducing electric and hybrid vans, alongside trials to other alternative fuels to further cut emissions.

We also use route optimisation and telematics software to reduce unnecessary mileage, idling, and fuel use — improving both sustainability and operational efficiency.

Our fleet

Specialist plant and equipment

Our in-house fleet is supported by a wide range of plant, tools, and reinstatement machinery, including:

  • Hotboxes and road planers
  • Cable winches and drum trailers
  • Temporary traffic management equipment
  • Compactors, rollers, and saws
  • CAT & Genny detection kits and vacuum excavators

This self-sufficient approach enables us to mobilise quickly, control quality, and avoid reliance on third-party plant hire.
